On drinking, the flavour of Juniper emerges first followed by crisp citrus and deeper spice tones. The sweetness of the watercress appears next as the pepper oils build on the tongue, awakening your senses to the more subtle flavours of the remaining botanicals. The finish is long and satisfying with a distinctive peppery freshness from the watercress. Enjoy as an incredibly fresh G&T with a slice of pink grapefruit.

Winchester Distillery, established by Paul Bowler in 2014, produces premium spirits inspired by the Hampshire countryside and its wealth of local botanicals.
Everything is made by hand in small batches using their closely-guarded recipes as a guide and the master distiller's twisted nose to fine-tune each batch to perfection.
