Production Notes
Lyme Bay carefully select and source their grapes from vineyards across the south of England. Thanks to influences of England’s cool maritime climate and long growing season, this Bacchus is remarkably fresh showing bright acidity. Following a cool fermentation this wine is gently racked and left on fine lees to improve structure.
