Production Notes
The grapes are harvested around the middle of October, at an average yield of 70 hl per hectare. Vinification takes part in stainless steel to preserve the vivid fruit
characters of the variety. This is followed by 15-20 days of maceration on the grape skin to add extra structure, flavour and complexity.
